Noémie Pons is a Canadian visual artist whose practice explores the relationships between landscape, memory, and perception. Working across drawing, printmaking, and works on paper, she creates contemplative images in which natural environments become spaces for reflection and emotional experience.

She graduated with distinction from Concordia University in Montreal, earning a Bachelor's degree in Art and Psychology. This dual academic background has deeply informed her artistic practice, fostering an approach that combines visual sensitivity with an interest in perception, memory, and human experience. Before dedicating herself fully to her own work, she spent five years working as a curator and cultural producer, gaining valuable insight into the creation and presentation of contemporary art.

After relocating to France, she continued her artistic education through a postgraduate programme in printmaking at the École des Beaux-Arts de Versailles. There, she further developed her interest in printmaking techniques and in the expressive qualities of paper, texture, and the printed mark—elements that remain central to her practice today.

Through finely crafted compositions, Noémie Pons creates quiet, meditative landscapes where mountains, horizons, and natural phenomena become vehicles for contemplation rather than representation. Her works do not depict specific places; instead, they evoke the memories, emotions, and sensations that landscapes awaken within us. Balancing light and silence, presence and absence, her practice invites viewers to slow down and experience the subtle poetry of the natural world.
